Technical Specification

Our production process begins with harvesting the coarse, fibrous husk of coconut fruit kernels from our own farms. These husks undergo careful sorting by our botanical team to ensure top quality.

After immersing them in chlorine-free water to initiate microbial decomposition, essential for breaking down their complex fibrous structure, we separate the fibers, dry them, and meticulously screen them to remove impurities using our advanced SieveTech machine. This machine employs precise mechanisms to separate granular materials based on size, ensuring only particles meeting our standards proceed. Next, the resulting pith granules undergo further processing to remove salt and achieve a root-friendly pH. Our Agro and botanical experts wash, dry, and compress them into uniform 5 kg blocks infused with a nutrient mix.Our hydraulic process ensures densely packing these blocks with nutrients, maximizing crop productivity for every user.

Additives

Our RootFil contains no harmful additives. It combines plant-specific nutrients and fiber granules, tailored with specific biological elements for each plant, or just the granules as per customer preferences.
